Note on International Orders
I ship worldwide but there may be delivery restrictions or delays due to world events.
I’ve teamed up with Printful, a company who offer framed prints and t-shirts that can be made to order with my designs and delivered within multiple different countries, offering faster shipping times. This also offers an option when delivery restrictions are in place. The shipping estimate on the listing is for Ireland, while orders for the US and Australia, the wait time is closer to 10-14 working days.

Where are you based?
I’m based in Dublin.
Can I collect my order from you?
No, collections are not possible anymore. I will list any upcoming markets and we can organise collection. Or if you need something shipped faster contact me via info@ninearrow.com and I can try to pack and post your order faster (this is not always possible during peak seasons like November and December).
Shipping to Northern Ireland
If you are from an address in Northern Ireland you can get standard Irish shipping rates by listing your country as Ireland during check out. This is due to a limitation in Squarespace’s list of countries that can be shipped to. It causes Northern Ireland to be charged the full rates to the United Kingdom. I have contacted them about it and hopefully they will change it.

Do you do custom text on prints.
Yes contact me on info@ninearrow.com if you would like a personalised message on your print, a popular example would be a name and date of dearth on the leanbh nua / new baby print.
Are the pillows or totes coming back?
The pillows and totes will be available for print on demand, this means they are only printed as they are ordered and delivered by a separate company. If there is a specific design you’d like email me at info@ninearrow.com
Do you make custom artwork?
Custom artwork is unavailable since injuring my arm in 2021. I’ve also closed the wait list at this time as my injury is too unpredictable. If you are subscribed to my email newsletter you will be the first to know when custom artwork is available again.
Refunds
If deliveries have been delayed by 5-6 weeks, please contact me and I will do my best to arrange a refund or resend your order.
